i needed you

you said to find God;

but God is just a noise

that I utter from my lips

when yours brush my neck

and our bodies become one.

you said i'm never happy;

but happy is a yellow color

painted on a house

that has been vacant for years

and i'm not even allowed inside.

you said that you loved me;

then you left me outside of that yellow house

knocking on the door praying to God

you would open up

and finally let me in.
