I now Know

I now know what it means to be me

From my childhood was a mold

And im sure most can agree

Being with my mother and siblings for years

Not knowing who I was

There were plenty of tears

Right and wrong

Good and bad

As the years progress

We learn more and more

We open up or we get shut up

We see the world in different ways

There is good as well as bad

You are raised one way but you can change

Be you, find you

I now know, what it means to be me

Unique and sweet

A great person to meet

I know now,  that this is me
