I plead, someone, anything, help

I plead, someone, anything, help me, I don't have my head on right, my body is here yet it's paralyzed, I can take care of others but not myself, take my hand, take my face, take the pain it takes to make the hole in my mind the hole in my soul cover it with love with support with more than I've known, life is a blur seen thru eyes too teary, I just wanna see beauty clearly
