I See

I see people cheating everyday— As well as being cheated on Not only in relationships, But with the system. I see the kid across the street getting busted for drugs But the next day his dad buys him a Mustang. I see the some kids getting awarded for such accomplishments— Even though they cheated their way through school. I see my dad staying up every night looking for a job— For the past three years. I see my mom stressing out wondering how the rent is going to be paid. I see my brother not giving a fuck of what others think of him And I see myself looking in the mirror Wondering how this could happen to a family that does all good. But as I look in the mirror I see a brighter future, Not just for me…but for everyone.
