I See Arcadia Dreaming

I see Arcadia dreaming, those dreams they uphold

Those of facebookers are of ascertaining due dates and clandestine testing information

The procrastinators are dreaming to do the homework that are due today

The crammers dream of the test questions given in period five as they consume their cold lunch with sweat.

The idlers dream of when they didn’t have to depend on the mercy of their friends to complete their homeworks

The majority of assembly goers shout silence as they dream of the end of big red spirits, or the wave never ending

The disappointed dreaming of the scheduling algorithms that would produce the perfect number of AP classes to Teacher Difficulty ratio

The absent minded dream they run into each other through jammed hallways the end of the construction, or the end of the glistening sun

The complicit dreaming of much endless praise to the oh-so agreeable state of the workload

The all helpful dreaming of all the selfless deeds that their quest for hours have achieved in  countless locales

All students dream of their own uniquely perceived future.

Each dream permeated, and each dreamer peered

into dreaming with open eyes the refreshing dreams of Arcadia
