I See Colors

Colors flow around me

They are bright and vibrant

I see:

Reds

Firetrucks, blood, roses

Blues

Water, bluebells, skies

Purples

Bruises, violets, sea urchins

Greens

Leaves, limes, frogs

Yellows

Sunsets, daffodils, canaries

Oranges

Tiger lilies, pumpkins, foxes

They are all so beautiful

In every possible way

They light up the world around me

But I will forever stay

Black and white
