I see you

I love you like the sun that shines on you,

Your spirit warms me in times of darkness,

Connected like the roots of the baobab tree,

I'm safe knowing you're never far away,

I love you like the truth,

At times I'm afraid of forgetting you,

Then I hear your voice whisper,

A gentle melody that calms my heart,

Love cannot be broken even death,

It only gets deeper and stronger,

It's never a goodbye,

Its always see you soon My friend
