I should've accepted your apology

I should've accepted your apology

But I didn't

I should have accepted that your sorry

I was sorry too, but I didn't

I shouldn't have been so nosey

I understand if you have lost my trust

I should be more understanding

I should be more behaving

I should listen to you more

But instead I threw it all away

Now I've hurt you, I've hurt your family

I'm an idiot

I'll live in guilt for a long time

I'm still guilty

Guilty of things I've done in the past

I say I love you

Yet I betray you

It's my fault I'm sorry

I shouldn't have gone with the "plan"

When will I learn?

That my actions have conciquences

"I'm sorry" isn't good enough

I've let you down so many times

But still you want to know me

And I ask why?

You said I care, you said you understand

But do you really?

Do you know what's in my head?

You don't understand at all

The things I have thought

And now they're coming out

These are my true colours

They aren't pretty

But they're the truth

So remember

I'm not who you think I am

So don't go easy on me

Saying it's "all fine"

When it's not

I'm sorry, I'll shut up now I've said too much

I'm so sorry and guilty

I've said enough.

(╯︵╰,) Please forgive me....
