I Should've Known

First day of school

Oh I was so happy

But after some months

I felt kinda funny

I saw a kid sitting alone

But I didn't wanna look like a clone

So I sat with my friends

Laughing and smiling

Then after six months it all happened

We heard Bang! Bang!

We thought it was a joke

But the teachers said this wasn't a drill

And to get down or we'll be killed

We were so scared we wanted to cry

But the teacher said

This isn't a lullaby

Then he said

To calm down and keep quiet

After a little while we finally heard

The cops outside

But the teacher said

It wasn't time

Then someone knocked as

If they were in danger

Then a kid

Opened the door

The teacher yelled, "Honey! No!"

Then all of a sudden

I saw That same kid

Who sat all alone

During lunch and breakfast

He held us hostage

We were again scared

Then a girl said please

No more sir!

Then the kid shooter in the head

saying nobody talk or you'll

End up like her

dead

Then he told us

To all get in a line

He shot the people he Didn't like

even the girl that I liked

I got so frustrated

And tried to attack

But that's when he caught me by surprise

He said you shouldn't have tried

Then right at that moment

I knew I was going to die

Then I said my final

Goodbyes

I heard Bang!

Then my life flashed

Before my eyes

That moment I knew

I was dead

But then I woke up

to these Huge Golden Gates

knowing

That I was in heaven

Only saying to myself

I Should've Know, I Should've Known
