I sit alone lost in

I sit alone lost in my thoughts i got a lot of things going on in my head i cant shut them out i dont know how to get them out of my head i just find my self a lot of times alone in my room and in my thoughts i like beening by my self and with no one around so i can thank out loud and thats what i need right now i just cant get them out of my head a lot of time's i just sit and wounder what to do about it a lot of time's i just dont do anything about it..
