I Think I’ve Covered Everything: Part One

 My inspiration lies within:

The beauty of the mountains

The whispers of the trees

The melody of waters

In sync with the anthem of the breeze

Inspiring young lives

Whether they can fly

Or live with strife

Down on bended knees

The demand for education

The calls of exploration

The pull of creation

The beckons of questions

Art, in its most basic forms

Dance, poems, song

Thinking and feeling intertwine,

The colors that don’t conform

Acceptance in trying times

Allowing when it seems right

Being open and understanding

Because love will win every fight
