Dear past me,

              He told you, so you thought

              “I'm not good enough”

              She said so, so you thought

              “I look too fat in this dress”

              They made you feel, 

               Inadequate

              You thought you were so. 

              But,

              I know you’re strong

              I know you're good enough 

              I know you’ve said

              “I can do this”

              Believe it,

              You achieved it.

              Now I know I'm good enough,

              My love tells me so. 

              Now I know I look just fine,

              I see it so. 

              Now I feel,

              Wonderful.

              Now I know,

              I am so.
