I Thought of You While Writing This
one of my favorite things about love is how absolutely blind it truly is.
you can be so enamoured with the very thought of someone's existence,
and not even have a reason why.
i don't know why i can't sleep if your face isn't the last thing i see.
i don't know why you sit back and let me talk for hours on end
or how you could possibly hang on every word the way you do.
if anyone else were to wake me up when i fell asleep while
doing my homework, i would throw a fit.
if anyone else were to cover your back in stickers
while you're trying to work, you would kill them.
we don't know much about much, but we know that
we were made to be in each other's lives.
no matter how it is, we know we belong together.
and that is a beautiful thing.
