I try to get your attention by doing little things 
Sometimes you are so oblivious I just want to scream 
And it doesn’t matter how hard and hard I try 
I just can’t help but talk to you and see a little twinkle in your eyes 

I try not to be jealous when I give you advice about another girl 
Even though I am dieing to tell you that I could be that girl
