I used to be jealous of the way your nose tilted perfectly upwards,
and I hated that mine was not like yours.
I admired your skinny waist, and how everything came so easily to you.
I couldn't be you.
You were beautiful on the outside, but cruel and dark inside.
I became what you couldn't, kind.
Now you are jealous of me, cause I have the one thing you never can.
I'm embraced in the loving arms,
Wrapped in the warm embrace of an education,
And people who love every aspect of me.
I'm not jealous,
I pity your heart,
And I simply wish you could grow,
Bloom into sunflowers and daisies,
And banish away the weeds of your hate.
