I Walk

I walk the street of broken hearts Of broken dreams And of broken spirits I cry the tears of those who have Those who haven’t And those who have but haven’t I swim in the sea of the lost Of the broken And the confused I run in the field of sorrow Of pain And of suffering I fly with the ones who are The ones who were And the ones yet to come I live among the waiting The wanting And the longing I follow the weak The unwilling And the broken I am neither this nor that What I am I know not But for now I walk
