I Want
I would choose you in your darkest day.
You make me smile even when you don't try.
My smile is the biggest when I'm with you.
I wait so long to see you in the day.
I try my hardest to not show that I'm jealous when you hang out with other girls but I do.
It hurts when you don't hug me anymore...
When you walk away, it makes me feel like I did something wrong.
I try not to pay attention to you when you walk by me.
I try not to always be the first one to say hi all the time.
I know that I may not be your first option...
But, God, I hope I'm not your last.
I hope and pray that you don't see me as just a "friend".
You know that saying 'to the moon and back',
but explore a whole new galaxy for you.
I want you to be the one.
I want you to be it for me.
My stomach does backflips when I see you.
But it is such a pleasurabe pain.
Yes I want to be loved
but not just by someone...but by you.
Fully and completely by you.
I just want you.
And maybe I'll have to wait...
or maybe I will never have what I want.
But that's okay, you're worth it.
I want you to be happy.
