I Want It To Hurt
Light up this heart
Take out the pain
Gut it
If that's what it will take
Just take away
This heart break
Make it worth something to me
Make it worth a damn
To you
Just make sure
You undo
The cracks
The tracks
Does she know
Did she know then
When
She was where she had no place
Being
Does she know
Would she even care
Can you feel me
How do I get air
To my lungs
How do I breathe
When I see
It all behind these eyes
How did you lay
In that bed of lies
And not even flinch from the truth
The truth
That loved you
I know you love me still
I know you would kill
Just for another moment
One more night
Alone with me
You look into these eyes
And the tears
The pain
The shocking pain
Rocks you to the core
What did you expect
From me
What did you hope for
When you took everything of mine
Away from me
Sleep tight
Sleep well
In that bed
Of lies and hell
Sleep soundly
Sleep safe
As I sail away
Far away from this disaster
Sleep alone
Where you belong
And when you dream
I want it to hurt
I want your eyes to burn
With tears
LIke mine did
And maybe it's wrong
But when it comes down on you
I want it to hurt
I want it to hurt
