I want to know where

I want to know where all the time goes,
But the paths it follows nobody knows,
I want to know why the best times speed by,
I want to know when I spread my wings and fly

but here and now I sit pondering on
And some of my time has flown and gone
though that time has gone away
it's memories are what come to stay

sweet little  moments  I can keep,
the ones I dream of  as I sleep
though their time may seem small
those little moments  matter most of all.

Melissa Busto

I'm high school girl from Florida the sunshine state. I love to surf and go to the beach and just enjoy nature. I also love painting, sketching, piano, and guitar. Music often inspires my poetry. I found an interest in poetry in middle school and I've enjoyed it ever since.
