I was broken

Sometimes I like being alone But sometimes they forget I'm there I always feel like I'm on my own It feel like no one would care if I died I know its my fault I always hid my problems I hid my feeling in a vault No one knew how much I hid It began to be hard for me to sleep at night I’d toss and turn I always felt a fright Fright of people and how they’d hate my One night I couldn't take anymore I began to cut My parents asked if I was fine I just smiled and kept my mouth shut One day my friend saw my arms He had found out He didn’t say anything he didn't’ shout He stared and tears began to fall for his eyes He brought my into a hug That day found out someone cared I was in shock but hugged back That was pretty rare Everything broke I cried in his arms I shivered when he croaked, “Please don’t do this again. I love you to much.’ I smiled as he said those words He brushed my tears away and his lips touch mine My head spun as I kissed back I felt like I had drank to much wine He helped my see light He helped me see the stars I didn’t know they were so bright I began to feel happiness Its his birthday soon I hope he’ll be happy We’ll be apart but we both see the same moon Its just going one weekend it’ll pass
