"I WAS ....I AM"

I WAS a Florida girl... I AM relocated in my teen years. I WAS popular, a friend to all students that were bullied... I AM me, more independent and still a friend to all students that are bullied. I WAS comfortable and settled.... I AM revitalized, unafraid, and my own best friend. I WAS happy... I AM happy to be me but I miss my old life; my friends from youth. I WAS simple.. I AM complicated, bruised, and more aggressive. I WAS a Florida girl.... I AM a Florida girl always, no matter where we roam!
