I Was Just Thinking

I was just thinking... How much I missed How down it gets me How I wanted to catch up It's hard to communicate I talked to God Just to say thanks And wish I had more to offer Because I was just thinking... The voices keep ringing I am above all alone These thoughts are my own I don't want to forget Despite the feel of it It's not finished There's still a chance I can take And I was just thinking... Everything that I could do What I could prove to be true These ideals I pursue ... but I was just thinking... So I begin to record A treasury of moments Creating history To discover When I can't remember Just what I was thinking...
