I Went To Sleep . . .

I went to sleep to dream of better things,

People believe you can sometimes see what will happen based on a dream.

I encourage myself to think of happy moments while I fall asleep,

This of course is also probably a general consensus of the sleeping populous.

It has accord to me that while I sleep my mind wonders uncontrollably,

Now, if this is the way it is supposed to be when people sleep,

Then I guess it is meant to be.

Throughout time there were thoughts of things that I wanted dream that got replaced by,

Very unsightly things,

That would be the last images that I would like to dream whilst asleep.
