What does a healthy relationship mean to me?

That's a funny question

It's something you don't need to ask

It's something I'm willing to tell you

If you're up for the task

I think it means something like trust

Maybe something like lust

But assume whatever you want, it's not like you must

I liked the way there was a bond, a connection, a sense of protection

This feeling of being overwhelmed, amazed, the kind that makes you kneel

Healthy does not need be two as much as it is true

Your mistakes have been forgiven, yet there is a side of you who grieves of guilt

Sometimes you won’t talk to me, never showing that side you consider vulnerable

Of anything else, no matter what you do

I was always here

So please

Stop lying to me because I know the whole truth

You look foolish and pathetic even though I know it's not really you

I want you to wake up and look into my eyes

So I won't turn around while saying my goodbyes

But you already know, don't you?

That I will never turn away

I will always be here

Because I love you

And I trust you that love me too
