I Will Be Me

I have this feeling within It's making me spin I'm outta control But we're on a roll I may be young but I can dream of a true love and its gleam Well I might have found it, you never know because my parents won't let me go. They are scared but so am I. I don't know if this guy is a lie. But I know I've got these feelings that consume me like flames and I'm the only one who knows my aims You don't know me anymore. You barely knew me before. but I know me and I know what I feel and though the truth I shouldn't conceal it's the only way I can live for me even if it's hard for you to see You always saw you had to fall to get up again so why won't you let me live? You drive me insane! My heart is mine not yours to keep My well of emotion is far too deep for you to understand or care but that's life, so unfair. I know more than you think I do I'm smart enough to make my decisions without you You don't have to agree but I will be me.
