I Will Be Me

You can tell me what to wear,

Casual converse, lipstick, hoody,

I don't care--

I will be me.

You can tell me how to walk,

Straiten my back,

Like it's a rod,

I'll still be me.

You can ignore the words I'm sayin'

Write your on on the board,

Now we're prayin'

To memmorise it,

Let me summerize it--

I will still be me.

And if I forget

If one moment I quit,

You can't silence my wooden heart,

Or the strings I will it beat.
