I Will Fight

I speak with tears flowing from my eyes
Feeling lonely and in despair
Crying out to The Lord to help me
Thinking, "How can I go on?"

There's a little bubble inside of me that bursts with faith and strength
It keeps me moving forward no matter how great the pain or struggle may seem to be
I'll lift my head up high and make my way through the crowd saying,
"Nothing will stop me
Nothing at all"

And then I'm hit
Struck again by Life's devious ways
And I, once again, begin to speak with tears flowing from my eyes
Feeling lonely and in despair
Crying out to The Lord to help me
Thinking, "How can I go on?"

Reaching deep inside myself for a solution to my unhappiness
And there I find that little bubble again
It rescues me
Even for just that moment
...But it rescues me

Here I am
Setting off onto this journey once more
Prepared to battle the World
Carrying my little bubble inside of me
I am ready to fight
Nothing will stop me
Nothing at all
I will fight
