i will not do you wrong

This morning when i opened my eyes At the same time the sun started to rise I felt this heart warming feeling Which left me staring at the ceiling The thoughts I tend to have in those silly moments Are the very monuments Of my love stories So I am here to tell you to wipe your worries This cheesy smile that is put on my face Has earned its place Now as I think of you The thought that we can be so much in love together When all the guys ask me I'll just point in your direction and say "that's her" You don't believe, but trust me that's something I'll always do The thoughts of holding your soft small hands Would be considered an honor Walking by your side like if I was a knight in shining armor As we walk through the warm sands Of time I will be taking a chance to be something I always wanted to be I do not intend to leave, trust me you'll see These words I say I will keep them And I will not wander away from them Now darling don't you be afraid I'll be here by your side From low tide to hide tide To sunrise to sunset We can name a love song To celebrate what we have in each other As we sit here tonight together I want you to know, I will not do you wrong

i enjoy writing poems about pretty much anything. i have a imaginative imagination which helps me picture my poems as if it was unfolding in front of me and i write what i see and feel.
