I Will Survive..

I have always dreamed about the moment I'd be old enough to attend college,

At such a young age, I was under misknowledge.

I just wanted to get out and experience life on my own,

I didnt realize that I would be so alone.

Going to college away from home,

Was what I wanted most, to roam.

No parents to tell you what to do,

Your choices were all up to you.

I had to speak up for myself,

There was no more running to my parents for help.

This was the hardest thing for me,

And I know my parents would agree.

I had to learn and grow in a totally new enviorment,

At one point I thought about leaving for early, EARLY retirement.

I had to stay strong for not only myself, but them,

I didnt come here to give up, I came to win.
