I Will Wear His Armor
I'm going to just cut it to the quick, Without God, I am lost, The devil is and always will be very slick, And he will always be after me, his grasp as cold as frost. But in my Father's arms I am safe, wrapped in a blanket of impenetrable love, The devil can try, but he will not have me, I'll wear God's armor and give the devil a good shove, As I once was his prisoner, but it was God who set me free. Ever since then I've been fighting with all my might, With God guiding the direction of my sword, I'd say it's enough to give the devil a good fright, Because not even with all of his demons can he stand up against me and my Lord.
