I Woke Up
I woke up
Unwilling, unmotivated, exhausted
I woke up
I woke up
To the sight of black and a sound so similar
I woke up
I woke up
Not because I want to but have to
I woke up
I woke up
For same reason as yesterday and the day before
I woke up
I woke up
To push myself to the limit
I woke up
I woke up
To knock myself down but to get back up
I woke up
I woke up
Not just for the physical but the mental
I woke up
I woke up
To learn for hours on end
I woke up
I woke up
To finish the work I didn't do before
I woke up
I woke up
To face the pains and stresses of life
I woke up
I woke up
To again push my body to the limit
I woke up
I woke up
For the gain of repetition
I woke up
I went to sleep
Not because I have to but I want to
I went to sleep
I went to sleep
To the sight of black and a sound so similar
I went to sleep
I went to sleep
Willing, motivated, yet still exhausted
I went to sleep
I went to sleep
To do it all again tomorrow
I woke up
