I wonder

Sometimes I wonder what heaven is like

I'll bet it's a great delight!

I hear God whispering my name

I see angles dancing around me like some sort of game.

I want to see Papa, brother, and sister again

Fly all over the sky with them.

I pretend to fly with no fear

Beside the ones I miss so dear.

I feel the touch of their hands

As they welcome me into their land.

I worry that I may not make it in time.

I cry because the way to heaven is a difficualt climb.

I understand that I am hear for a reason

But will I make it through another season?

I dream to see them all again

I try to picture the ones I've lost in my head.

I hope they are waiting for me by the gates

to see the smile upon my face

After the very long wait.
