I Wonder If...
It the end of the day and everything is normal. I'm on C hall talking with jasmine when suddenly I grab my chest get dizzy and fall 2 the floor in front my best friend. Days later I wake up 2 open my eyes 2 see Khalid at the end of my hospital bed, my mom crying and holding my hand, my brother in the door way, and a bunch of flowers, balloons, and cards. Khalid was the first to notice I woke up. He rushed to my side eyes as red as blood as if he'd been crying. "Alexis don't scared me like that" he says and I'm still confused as to what happened to me. "Mommie" I whisper out. "What happened?. What's wrong?" I asked now feeling pain in my chest. "Oh my baby! Mike! Mike, she's awake!" My mom yells to my brother and father and they rush in with the doctor. "Thank God!" My father says as he kisses my forehead and Khalid sits at the foot of the bed. "Welcome back Alexis" the doctor says. "Do you know where you are?" He ask. "Hospital, wwwhat happened to me?" I ask looking around. "You had a major heart attack at school and u were rushed to the hospital." He says standing to the side of me. "Omg, jasmine.... Where's my best friend?" I asked. "Yup she's definitely back. Only Alexis can be worried about someone else when she's sitting in a hospital bed hooked up to a machine" My dad says trying to stop himself from crying. "Daddy I'm fine. Stop crying.... All of you" I said looking around to see even Khalid had a few tears streaming down his face. "They're happy tears through.... You scared us all" I hear jasmine say from behind the doctor. "You really need to stop stressing Lexi, your health is suffering" jasmine says stepping to the side of my mother. "Better said than done" I say smile frowning. "Your friend is right, try to let others do things don't just take on everything. Won't hurt to sit back and relax sometimes." The doctors says." We've telling her than for a while now, doc she don't listen.... Guess you'll listen to us now. Won't you?" Khalid says taking my hand.
The end
Would you actually be there for me if I were to actually fall out during school and be taken to a hospital, or would you just be nonchalant about the situation? Does what you told me before still stand will you be there for me everyday? Would you actually cry in front of me and tell me I scared you?
