I Wonder Why

I wonder why my soul is lost... Wondering the bloody roads of eternity? Endless nights... blackness is all I see. My soul... Empty... A soul sucking nothingness. It consumes me, eating me... Gnawing at the very core of myself. Rivers of red Fountains of dispair... I wonder why, I have a beast living inside of me. Must it claw and bite me so? The beast... Why must I feel it ripping my heart to shreds? I wonder why... I must feel it shatter, like the glass it is? I can't breathe... My throat has closed to the fountain I must have to live. I wonder... Must I wonder why?
