I Won't Fall Again

I tell Myself,

"I won't fall again."

But I find myself in the same situation.

worrying, wondering,

Claiming I dont care.

Reminding myself,

Life has never been fair.

Left with the memories,

Haunted my the past.

convincing myself,

"This time it will last."

Seeing the good

Ignorning the bad,

Giving my all,

While being left to fall.

Holding back tears,

Silencing my fears,

Hoping for the best,

To give my heart a rest.
