I Won't Give You Up

You get in denial

You won’t face the truth

I’m just telling you

This is what I can do

I understand perfectly

But you don’t want to fix things with me

You stay in denial

I’m just trying to stay faithful

Your anger speaks for itself

And yet I want no one else

Slurring all your words on me

I can barely keep my balance... on my own two feet

All you have to do is stop... that's all I need

If I can stay faithful, then so can you!

I’ve always been grateful

I’ve always pursued

You have no clue

How much I think we’re true

Through the thick and the thin

We work things out

And that love that I feel within

Is the kind that I will never dropout

Of course we're afraid of losing each other, you're my ideal lover

We both have imperfections

It's what makes us human

We both learn through lessons

It's always been proven

I know you're sorry

I know that sometimes it can get scary

I won't give you up

It's not something I intend to do

You won't give me up

I'll always love you...
