I write...

I write because it clears my mind

I can pour my emotions out on paper

I can envision all my dreams coming true

I write because I love it

I make people aware of things unknown

I make all my fears go away

I write because I enjoy it

I can imagine anything even the impossible

I am capable of everything on paper

I write because it expresses who I am

I fight for the things I believe are right

I fight for people who are unable to fight for themselves

I write because without it who would I be

I wouldn’t be able to express feelings

I wouldn’t be able to set an example for others

I write because without poetry there is nothing

I couldn’t stand up for the things I believe in

I couldn’t prove myself in a society like ours

I write because I am who I am

And nobody can stop me.
