I Write.
Your either writing your feelings down or writing what's on your mind.
Many write it down as a verse, like a journal or in stanzas,
but I'm one to write what I feel, or when I'm bind.
I write because I can not always speak the truth,
my mouth is sewed shut from the world.
Someday I will figure this out, but in the mean time
I write.
Writing down my day, my month, my year.
If it's a good or bad day; tears run down my cheeks and onto the page.
because I drive down memory lane in high gear,
its like Vin Diesel racing to save Michelle Rodriguez in Fast 6.
or Batman trying to catch up to the Jokers games and tricks.
It's intense.
Someday I will figure this out, but in the mean time
I write.
Writing down what I feel is my escape
I'm relaxed and at ease its
like cruising down the Blvd. listening to an old school mixtape.
My brother would love to do this for heaven's sake!
I may not know how to say the right words come through my mouth
One day I will scream them out loud.
