I write about myself as

I write about myself as a way to vent

it is hard for my demons to get out with no ways in.

I hold my breath and bit my tongue until I raise hell in my head

Thats when I tumble I crumple I fall

soon forced to crawl im stuck and sinking

I feel my eyes glisten like waves but all you see is nothing

I am nothing

I am worthless

Does one breath when they fall or do they suffocate

do they cause their own demise

I am broken and yet to be fixed

i give up to often to escape this cell

When I think too much its living hell

If only I could escape my anxiety

Its tyrrany a problem in my brain

I need an escape no a bandaide

what would I do without a place to vent

If I have no way in I make a way out

Bottling up demons is useless

let them go and theyll desert you

feeling slow to leave they linger for months

When will they listen

when will someone listen

when will I listen
