I write because ...
I have never been great a words, at expressing myself
To me, writing meant boring lectures and words with meanings that I would never grasp.
One day, one marvelous day, an extraordinary friend showed me the writing is in fact the opposite, and in fact has saved lives.
I write to release the screams that are clawing at the back of my throat; trying to hold back tears as I struggle to keep the facade of laughter and simplicity about my face.
I write to run, to feel free, to know what it is to not have limits.
Good or bad, what's mine is my own, there is no judge to say "you are nothing"
I write to sing, to feel comfortable
To feel warm and loved.
I write to be at one with the rhythm of the earth.
I write to feel at peace,
to pray,
to be healthy,
to be me.
