I write because Im free

The pen hits the paper like the rain hits fabric soaking and leaving a mark in time Things that are sweet, fun, or tragic can be remembered for all time You can be what ever you want to be in the words of a song You can go anywhere from short miles to long You can do things that only magicians do like predicting endings of your haiku I sing because Im happy I write because Im free and I will continue to write because writing is a part of me.
