I Write to Live

as my body was numb

veins frozen from hate

and silence

staring at blankness

so white

so white

my thoughts inked in black

so black

took over

like a swarm

my veins carried ink

and beauty

Truth.

i write to live

for i know my Truth

and beauty

that is all i have to give
