I don't just use this pen to write words on a piece of paper

I use this pen to express my deepest emotions, all the things that way heavy on my heart, the things that I am unable to verbally speak

I don't just use this paper to hold the many words that the dictionary defines

I use this paper to put those words into sentences, phrases, and paragraphs of my inner most feelings

See some people often see it as just writing or simple words on a piece of paper, but me I see it as a map of all the thoughts that are constantly running through my head

I write to express, to answer questions that I though I didn't have the answers to, to simply get away from myself and the complications of life
