When I write, I speak When I speak, people listen When I write, my words aren't weak I speak without speaking When I write I release my thoughts And my mind goes free I let my pen write the words that's sought I write to be me I write to express my feelings Feelings that's hard to express I write to bring out what's inside me I write to confess I write what's hard to say I write to say what I'm thinking I write because I have a lot to say I write because it's my way of speaking
