I Like You

I like you

If the way I'm feeling is anything to go by

If the way my heart is fluttering shows something

I smile when I see you

When you're laughing and happy

When you're passionate and frustrated

I appriciate you

Because we always talk it out

Because I can speak nothing and you'll understand everything

I'm glad I have you

You comfort me after I panic

You never make me feel guilty or small

I love you

Because we hold meaningful converstations

Because we hold conversations that mean nothing

This love isn't the first

But it's real

But it's good

Because you love me

Because I love you
