Icarus (The Greedy Die First)

I wander amongst the damned and the damaged

Help me for I am misguided

I'll bring the whole world to it's knees

And your presence will be my salvation

My motives are naive

I don't know why i feel so deafeated

I don't know why i feel so tortured

Why do I feel so heavy

Must I fall to my needs

Are you happy?

You brought me to my knees

What else do you want!?

I'd tear myself apart piece by piece

Just to get a piece of you back

I don't why I feel so heavy

You brought me to my knees

You brought me to my knees

Suffocating, I'm strangled

Once I understand death I'll find what I need

What is it I'm really searching for?

Am I searching for me?

The past is done with me

But I'm not done with you!

What are your reasons for leaving!?

The past is done with me

But I'm not done with it

The past is done with me

But I'm not done with it

I hate the present
