Ideation

Shall I find hope Under the stars? In worlds harmed deep Complete with scars? Innumerable Days do I count. Against cold stone Lights—mine—go out.
They're lit again, E'er morning's light. No peace I find; Dread golden sight. Endless the loop; Nightmares the days. Cease! Stop! Begone, You brutal ways!

I wrote this one almost two decades ago. Changed a few words, but it's mostly intact. Oh! And I finally titled it!
