Guess I don’t love you and I never will

Because I keep holding on to hope

Hope of us taking this world together

Hope that you give me a chance

Hope I get to dance

With the only girl I want

Hope that is fleeting I know this is simpy

I don’t even know why I still like you this much

I don’t wanna know either

Blinded by idyllic ignorance I guess

Blinded by the memory of the time

I threw a piece of chicken across the lunchroom

And I dove head first behind you  to hide from the shitty frat

Blinded  by the look in those green eyes

Blinded  by my stupidity

Blinded by my obstinance

Blinded by the fact that I don’t wanna love anyone else

They say  you only know you love her

When you let  her go but I just don’t want to so

I guess I don’t love you and I never will
