Identity
You look at me and you see a child who is forced to grow up to soon. A teenager holding on to her adolescence. Pain through a smile and a grin through her tears, yet has the ability to make a stranger think her life is picture perfect. Perhaps in her future she will be able to turn her tragedy and loss into something rewarding and positive without ever losing her memories of what was. But I am a person. Forever growing, changing, forming and learning. Loving and laughing. Hoping yet hating. As I slowly evolve I start to notice that the world is ever so changing as fast as I am. I am 17, but not clueless. I am perfect but imperfect at the same time. I am the master of my own fate, but my fate has been chosen by my master. I feel like I am trapped in a bubble surrounded, wanting out, wanting to leave. To just escape the world around me. No longer having to hide behind a Masquerade!
