Identity

My name,

I cannot live without my name.

It's who I am,

It's my identity.

My name

Is what I was born with,

What I will die with,

It's my identity.

My name

Is what I am known by.

So many can utter the word,

but never really know, it's my identity.

My name,

We all have one,

So when i am dead

Don't label me Jane Doe, it's not my identity.
